They did everything they could to help find her. They used their thermal drone, made flyers and put them around my neighborhood. Rich placed game cameras in 4 different spots to see if we would see her. Rich and Cynthia are very caring people who will do as much as possible to help find a lost pet."

Rich and his wife were amazing! They’re really a great team and so genuine. I lost my roommates cat trying to take him on a walk with his harness in DTLA. He slipped out of it and ran into the neighbors bushes and was no where to be found after searching all night and morning. I found Richard after looking for a drone service in LA but there was none! They are perfect because they are a pet rescue drone service that uses infrared thermal detection. I thought it was perfect to use since I figured he was underneath the neighbors home and there are a lot of crevices in such an urban area. They mapped out the entire neighborhood and his wife set up flyers online and blasted it on websites/social media. Though their service is a little pricey it’s understandable given the demand and equipment they have. They are very reasonable and will work with you! They are really nice people and genuinely care, they consulted with me for two days and were set to come out after I made the deposit but I pulled out last minute and they gave me a FULL refund after all their hard work. I appreciate everything they’ve done! Thankfully I found our cat 6 days after he went missing after putting up flyers someone called and found him in the back patio of our apartment. I’m still so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them!
