Welcome to ALTISTAR. I'm Rich Becker owner/operator. I have been leveraging GIS Mapping, Remote Sensing, and Aerial Imagery since 1996. I have a background in emergency services mapping that encompasses serving on the Columbia Shuttle Recovery in 2003 to developing maps for active search and rescue incidents in 2024. My education credentials span from teaching GIS Technical Specialist to first responders; teaching wilderness first aid for the Pathfinder School; teaching high school Earth and Space Science. ALTISTAR is the culmination of my career endeavors. I have a wide network of professional "stars" that will help bring your personal endeavors to new and exciting heights.
