This is not an easy business for a number of reasons. The hours, sometimes being unsuccessful on a search, the inconsistency of work, etc. We don’t do it for the money, we do it because we want to help. I hope you understand how much we appreciate our clients. We started doing this because there are no other options for owners of lost pets. We named the company after our favorite guy, “Captain Enzo”, because it reminds us that every search is incredibly important. We approach every search as if we were searching for our own pets. We empathize, sometimes too much, with what you are going through and are praying every moment that they are found just around the next corner. Know that we do everything in our power, we explore every possibility, we lose sleep thinking about those that we have not found. There are lessons in every search that make us better and wiser. With every day we come closer to getting Enzo more consistent with his tracking, trailing, and area search capabilities. We just want you to know that we appreciate you as a client more than you know. Without your support this service would not exist.
